The Fairycore color palette

Mist, lilac, moss glow, dust, and petal. A Fairycore palette for clothes and a room that still looks livable.

Pale lilac, mint, cream, and pink fabrics in soft daylight

Light colors, not a forest set

The Fairycore palette is Mist, Lilac, Moss glow, Dust, and Petal. People look it up when a woodland photo feels too enchanted to be Cottagecore and too pale to be Coquette.

Mist and Dust are the ground. Lilac or Petal is the one accent. Moss glow is a single green, not a wall of leaves.

Cloth before props

Tulle, a thin knit, and a pale shoe carry the colors better than plastic wings or a crown. The picture should still look like clothing.

If the only green is a houseplant and the rest is cream and rose, you may be closer to Cottagecore.

The cottage next door

Cottagecore keeps Cream, Sage, Rose, Butter, and Basket. Those colors belong to a kitchen and a bed you sleep in. Fairycore colors belong to a lighter, dreamier cut of the same idea.

The quiz separates them with the basket versus the mist. A wardrobe can answer the same way.

Questions

Do I need wings for Fairycore?

No. The palette and a light fabric do the work. Wings turn it into a costume.

How is this different from Cottagecore?

Cottagecore is cream, sage, and a basket you could carry. Fairycore is mist, lilac, and a lighter, less practical cloth.
