The Coastal color palette, five shades
Foam, Shallow, Tide, Sand, and Coral. Keep the blues washed, use Sand as the neutral, and let Coral be the only warm hit.

The five shades
The Coastal palette is Foam, Shallow, Tide, Sand, and Coral. Foam is almost white. Shallow is the pale blue of thin water. Tide is the deeper blue, still washed. Sand is the neutral. Coral is the warm note, and it should look sun-faded rather than neon.
An electric blue sits outside this palette.
Foam and Sand run the outfit
A linen shirt in Foam and a trouser in Sand can be the whole day. Shallow belongs on a shirt, a towel, or a cushion. Tide belongs on the piece that frames the outfit: a sweater, a chair, or a stripe.
Clean Girl would stop at Cream and Sand and add Peach. The moment a real blue appears, Coastal is in the conversation. That can be your secondary if the lead is cleaner and warmer.
Coral, sun-faded
Use Coral once: a tote, a glass, lipstick, or a flower. It replaces jewelry. A coral shoe, a coral bag, and coral lipstick together are a resort costume.
Cottagecore Rose is a garden pink, not this coral. If the accent is a rose and the cloth is gingham, you are in Cottagecore.
Light does half the work
These shades want daylight. A dim room makes Tide look grey and Coral look brown. Put the palest cloth nearest the window.
The quiz pictures for this style are salt, linen, and sun. Choose them when that is the life you want on a Tuesday, not only on a holiday.

Questions
Do I need to live near water?
No. Linen, sand, and a washed blue work in a city. The sea is the reference, not the address.
How is this different from Clean Girl?
Clean Girl stays in Cream, Sand, Peach, Honey, and Plum. Coastal adds a real blue and a coral accent.
